Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting R&D initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will organize cross-functional activities, ensure project completion within budget and schedule, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project teams and oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Evaluate project requirements and develop processes to achieve objectives while addressing resource constraints
• Conduct presentations and maintain communication on project status and issues with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or medical product development
• A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline, business, or a related field
• Prior experience managing interdisciplinary or cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Certification in Project Management or relevant continuing education is preferred
