Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives within the Product Management Office, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex programs across various teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Marketing Solutions initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery risks
• Coordinate financial planning, pricing, and business operations initiatives, supporting business cases and investment requests
• Act as the central coordination point for cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
• Experience partnering with Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Procurement, or Business Operations
• Proven success in developing business cases and managing vendor-related financial processes
• Strong project and program management capabilities across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
