Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Bringing order to a wide range of People Projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex HR initiatives, establish project management practices, and build partnerships with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for People Team projects, including scoping, workstream breakdown, and ownership definition
• Build relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as charters, timelines, and change management plans to optimize adoption and communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 1 year in the People function
• Experience in scoping and sequencing projects, with a focus on stakeholder management
• Proficiency with project-management and collaboration platforms, particularly Monday and Confluence
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
