Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing project portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will drive accountability across cross-functional teams, manage new product launches, oversee packaging changes, and coordinate retail and customer launches.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end innovation projects through the stage-gate process for new product launches
- Manage artwork refreshes, packaging changes, and promotional bundles
- Lead project meetings and ensure consistent follow-up on timelines and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years in CPG, food and beverage, or supplements
- Proven track record of leading product launches from concept to shelf
- Advanced skills in Asana for project management, including creating workflows and dashboards
- Experience working with co-manufacturers and packaging suppliers
- Strong ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams without formal authority
