Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a corporate website redesign, the contract Senior Project Manager will coordinate internal stakeholder engagement and vendor collaboration, ensuring alignment across major workstreams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar
• Coordinate stakeholders across various functions and manage vendor delivery for website design and development
• Prepare status updates and decision materials for program leaders while tracking risks, issues, and dependencies

Required qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital or web programs
• Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience coordinating agencies or vendors and managing project plans
• Familiarity with enterprise content platforms or website redesigns
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
