Job Summary

Experienced in pharmaceutical marketing, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards throughout project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field with 4-8 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Proven track record of building client relationships and delivering successful marketing solutions on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance, including the MLR submission and approval process in the U.S. and/or Canada
• Proficiency in project management systems and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
