Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, highly complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project delivery teams, manage resources, and implement standardized methodologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional development and expertise
• Identify potential issues, evaluate solutions, and report overall program status to key project leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or ability to obtain it within 12 months
• Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience
• Experience in a healthcare setting or relevant leadership and project management expertise
