Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will collaborate with leadership, business, and IT stakeholders to ensure project goals are met in terms of scope, quality, budget, and schedule while adhering to project management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle using various methodologies, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
• Prepare and present project management artifacts and status reports for Executive Review while managing stakeholder expectations
• Mentor Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Project Management Practice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong organizational change management skills and proven conflict resolution experience
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams towards achieving objectives
