Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple complex New Product Introduction (NPI) projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage project objectives, scope, schedules, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 3-7 large NPI projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope changes throughout the lifecycle
- Drive project risk management, validation activities, and ensure compliance with FDA and quality requirements
- Communicate project status and priorities to executives and stakeholders while mentoring other Project Managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 8-10 years of experience; MS/MBA and PMP preferred
- Demonstrated NPI project management experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment for regulated durable goods
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations
- High proficiency with MS Project or equivalent project management software
