Job Summary
Driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee the implementation of healthcare data solutions while mentoring project managers and optimizing delivery processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee full lifecycle implementation of complex healthcare data and interoperability projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery
- Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and junior staff, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Identify and champion process improvements to enhance delivery methodologies and project reporting frameworks
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, technology, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years in a senior-level or lead role
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a healthcare IT environment
- Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare data exchange standards
- PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred
