Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will collaborate across the organization to plan, develop, and execute large initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Document project activities, assumptions, and risk mitigation plans while preparing project schedules and budgets
• Mentor project managers and team members in project management methodologies, providing leadership in both Waterfall and Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required
• Certification in project methodology or Agile certification preferred
• 5 years of experience in enterprise projects with IT and data elements required, or 7 years without certification
• Experience with core software applications such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint required
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required
