Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead federal Appian case management modernization delivery and contract execution in a remote capacity, responsible for schedules, technical team coordination, stakeholder communications, and Agile/SAFe delivery across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Appian delivery for multiple applications, including release planning and O&M coordination
- Run biweekly sprint planning, daily Scrum, and backlog refinement within the Federal Agile framework
- Prepare monthly financial reports, manage multi-vendor dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance and documentation controls
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years managing large-scale Appian projects in a federal environment using SAFe Agile
- Active PMP or PMI-ACP, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, with strong Agile delivery and release management experience
- Experience managing federal contract deliverables, staffing, schedules, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership and executive communication skills
