Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex technology projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project planning and execution, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive risk management strategies in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive, cross-functional project plans, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion
• Lead project teams by facilitating collaboration, driving consensus, and providing direction in ambiguous situations
• Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing team capacity to meet deadlines and quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Seven or more years of progressive project management experience, including leading full-lifecycle implementations of large-scale enterprise platforms
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent project management certification required
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation phases, including requirements analysis, configuration, integration, and testing
• Experience managing enterprise software vendors and leading organizational change management for enterprise platform deployments
