Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the European Offer Process project, the full-time Senior Project Manager will improve and streamline employment offer workflows for European candidates while managing project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Establish project governance and accountability processes, including RACI charts
- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Human Resources
- Minimum of 6 years of project management-related experience
- Experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from planning to implementation
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Lean
- Preferred certifications include PMP and Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
