Job Summary

Leading complex, high-priority marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional projects from planning through completion while working remotely and driving accountability across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage high-visibility marketing initiatives, translating business objectives into clear project scope, plans, and timelines
• Establish project governance, facilitate meetings, and manage risks to ensure teams stay on track toward outcomes
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align priorities and strengthen project management processes and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Proven ability to take ownership, manage scope and change, and drive projects forward
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience improving project management processes and methodologies in ambiguous environments
• Background in marketing, technology, or professional services, with familiarity in Asana or similar project management tools
