Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee high-priority client implementations, mentor project managers, and enhance operational processes within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle implementation of complex healthcare data and interoperability projects, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and status updates with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and junior staff, fostering a high-performance team culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or lead role
• Proven experience delivering implementations within healthcare IT or health data environments
• Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare data exchange standards
• PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred
