Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple enterprise-scale projects, the full-time Senior Project/Program Manager will manage day-to-day operations, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation while working remotely in North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans aligned with departmental objectives, tracking and reporting on project status
- Negotiate for project resources, delegate tasks, and ensure quality deliverables through customer feedback
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans while coordinating compliance and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in resource management and project performance oversight
- Strong background in business process improvements and implementation management
