Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-impact internal projects and strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will support commercial activities, financial reporting, and operational excellence, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial activities including RFPs, proposal development, and budget reviews while partnering with internal stakeholders
• Develop and facilitate financial reporting processes, analyzing performance to identify trends and risks
• Lead complex internal projects and initiatives, focusing on process improvement and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant project management experience in a complex, cross-functional organization, preferably in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial tracking
• Project management certification, such as PMP, preferred
