Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project development, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while serving as the primary liaison between account teams and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project development, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes
• Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, conducting regular reconciliation meetings
• Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in a Project Management financial platform
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
