Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of client initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring adherence to established business processes and quality standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring deliverables and conducting monthly reconciliations
• Identify risks and resource needs, serving as the primary contact for vendor and agency partner relationships

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in project management financial platforms
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
