Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of complex projects, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to established business processes and quality standards
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and budgets, conducting regular reconciliation meetings
• Identify risks and manage vendor relationships, securing necessary resources for project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working with multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in a Project Management financial platform
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
