Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while serving as the internal point of contact for all project-related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring quality and adherence to established business processes
• Craft and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, leading reconciliation meetings and monitoring deliverables
• Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to secure necessary resources for project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives
