Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects and managing a larger book of business, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed while reporting to a Director of Project Management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring adherence to business processes and quality standards
• Craft and monitor project timelines and budgets, leading reconciliation meetings and status updates
• Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to secure necessary resources for project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in a Project Management financial platform
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
