Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-impact internal projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager in PM Strategy and Operations will drive operational excellence and support commercial activities while working remotely or onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial activities including RFPs, proposal development, and budget reviews
• Develop and facilitate regular Project Profitability processes and financial reporting across the organization
• Lead and coordinate complex internal projects and strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, life sciences, or a related field
• Significant project management experience within a complex, cross-functional organization, preferably in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic, operational, or process-improvement initiatives
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and reporting
