Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the internal operations and delivery for strategic and complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, develop timelines and budgets, and mentor junior project staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects from inception to completion
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans with minimal oversight
• Mentor and support training efforts for Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring adherence to PMO standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role, preferably in pharmaceutical or advertising sectors
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes
• Experience leading complex, technology-driven, and creative projects
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront and MS Project
