Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the internal operations and delivery for strategic and complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, develop timelines and budgets, and mentor project teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects with minimal supervision
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk registers in collaboration with stakeholders
- Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators in project execution and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience
- Three to five years of experience in a PMO role, preferably in pharmaceutical or advertising sectors
- Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes
- Experience leading complex, technology-driven projects
- Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront or MS Project
