Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison and case consultant for clients on eDiscovery projects, utilizing Relativity and eDiscovery methodologies while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and collaborating with various departments to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret client requirements within eDiscovery processes
• Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq's services, particularly leveraging Relativity
• Coordinate internal processes across departments to ensure client objectives are met

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment, preferably with hosting services
• Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity
• Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Analytics Expert are advantageous
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require
