Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the full lifecycle execution of complex utility-scale solar EPC projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project phases, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage financial performance while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-lifecycle execution of large EPC projects, ensuring alignment with design standards and commercial requirements
- Model safety behavior and drive continuous improvement initiatives around safety and quality
- Manage project budgets, oversee contract administration, and provide executive-level reporting on financial performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, renewable energy, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex EPC projects
- Demonstrated leadership of large-scale EPC construction projects, preferably in renewable energy
- Advanced knowledge of EPC execution, engineering workflows, and procurement strategy
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
