Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic and operational partner, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage cross-BGBx growth efforts, coordinating account planning and logistics for priority pharmaceutical clients while ensuring effective follow-through on integrated client solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-BGBx account planning for priority pharmaceutical clients, including meetings and follow-ups
• Manage the head of Commercial Strategy & Innovation's calendar and logistics for leadership and client activities
• Track enterprise pipeline and account plans, maintaining visibility and accountability across priority accounts

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management, strategic operations, or account management
• An MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with a proactive working style
• Ability to develop executive-ready presentations and briefing materials
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
