Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support cross-BGBx growth efforts, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate account planning, manage leadership activities, and track enterprise pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-BGBx account planning for priority pharmaceutical clients, including meetings and follow-ups
• Manage the head of Commercial Strategy & Innovation's calendar and logistics for key leadership activities
• Track enterprise pipeline and maintain visibility of account priorities and opportunity stages

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management, strategic operations, or account management
• An MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail
• Proactive working style with the ability to anticipate needs and surface issues
• Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and briefing materials
