Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage end-to-end project development, oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, while serving as the primary liaison between the account team and development team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring deliverables and conducting monthly reconciliations
• Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to secure necessary resources for project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives
