Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project development, manage timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development of projects according to established business processes, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Develop and monitor project budgets, staffing plans, and schedules, conducting monthly reconciliation meetings
• Identify risks and manage relationships with vendors and agency partners to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in project management financial platforms
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
