Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Revenue Cycle team, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead transformational projects aimed at improving financial performance and optimizing processes, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate revenue cycle transformation strategy discussions and lead project initiation and planning phases
- Manage scope, budget, ROI, and schedule for assigned programs and projects, actively identifying and addressing issues and risks
- Develop collaborative relationships with UW Medicine leaders and stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of programs within established frameworks
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a project or program manager, including 2+ years managing Revenue Cycle projects
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with vendor negotiation and established PMO practices
- Familiarity with PMI-based program and project management techniques
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications where applicable
