- Lead and manage multiple high-complexity initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery and transition
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk assessments while driving cross-functional execution
- Provide project visibility and recommendations to senior leadership, navigating ambiguity and resolving challenges independently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; healthcare, health tech, or SaaS experience preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage high-impact projects with executive visibility and competing priorities
- Experience with project management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
