Job Summary
Leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, the remote Senior Project Manager will drive project planning, execution, and risk management to support organizational growth and client engagement activities in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and implementation roadmaps using project management tools
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and communication among stakeholders to ensure effective project execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries
- At least 3 to 5 years of direct project or program management experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus
