Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will ensure effective management processes and deliver on key metrics while working remotely from various states including Indiana, Iowa, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project portfolios aligned with strategic goals, prioritizing based on business impact and resource availability
• Lead project planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or certification is a plus
• Proven experience in portfolio and project management, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
• Experience with project management software and tools, including MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and SAP preferred
