Job Summary
Leading multiple concurrent client engagements, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring other PMs and ensuring adherence to delivery standards in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multiple client engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, guiding decisions and protecting project outcomes
- Mentor and elevate the performance of other PMs and delivery team members
Required qualifications
- 6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery, including managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- Active Top Secret federal security clearance
- Experience supporting Department of War (DoW) clients or programs
- Strong command of both traditional and agile delivery methodologies
- Fluency in delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
