Job Summary
Leading initiatives and coaching leaders on strategy, the fully remote Senior Project Manager will develop, implement, and monitor strategies to improve administrative efficiency while managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and scope.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive project plans that align member requirements with company initiatives
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects and implement strategies to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with eight (8) years of progressive Project Management experience, preferably in Medi-Cal behavioral health
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Proven experience in project management fundamentals and organizational design techniques
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies
- Legally able to work in the USA without sponsorship and willing to travel as necessary
