Job Summary
Leading a team of project managers and business analysts, the full-time Senior Project Manager will define, scope, execute, and complete high-priority projects in a remote environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Directs a cross-functional team to manage multiple concurrent healthcare-related projects and maintain accurate status reports
- Recruits, develops, and trains project management staff while ensuring project quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
- Facilitates project problem resolution and provides technical leadership, maintaining strong relationships across departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology, or a related field
- At least five (5) years of experience managing healthcare-related projects in a provider environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience implementing project management methodologies throughout an organization
- Informal leadership experience with Executive Leadership teams
