Job Summary
Leading EMS transformation and client onboarding initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional projects, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex EMS projects from inception through implementation and post-launch stabilization
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Oversee enterprise client implementations and coordinate internal and client-facing dependencies for successful onboarding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive Program or Project Management experience
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional business and technology initiatives
- Strong expertise in project planning, milestone management, and risk management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and experience using project management platforms like Jira or Smartsheet
