Job Summary
Leading complex client implementations, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager II will manage onboarding processes for public media organizations, ensuring successful transitions and fostering strong client relationships while driving project outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for client implementations, coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, guiding them through new tools and processes
- Proactively identify risks and issues, facilitating resolutions and maintaining project momentum
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations
- Strong communication and relationship skills, particularly with executive leadership
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading complex implementations
- Expertise with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
