Leading multiple Salesforce implementation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project plans, budgets, and client relationships from kickoff through go-live while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead several concurrent Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, resolving conflicts as they arise
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating communication
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with Salesforce implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and difficult conversations
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce and agile delivery methodologies
- Bachelor's degree preferred
