Job Summary
Serving as the principal client advocate, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage day-to-day operations for RTSM applications, oversee client communication plans, and coordinate data uploads in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live support
- Develop and implement communication plans and oversee service level agreements per company SOPs
- Monitor study issues for trends and deliver training for clinical teams and Customer Support staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain management, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Professional technical support experience
- Clinical management experience is highly desired
- Experience with RTSM is a plus
- Strong communication skills
