Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will take end-to-end ownership of critical projects and multi-stream programs while working within an Agile delivery environment to ensure alignment among business, product, engineering, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex, business-critical projects and programs from initiation through completion, defining scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Lead multi-stream programs, managing sequencing, dependencies, integration points, and delivery timelines
• Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies while maintaining a consolidated view of the Client Engagement portfolio

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project and program management experience in technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of large projects and drive them through successful delivery
• Strong technical understanding of software development, integration, and operation
• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with mobile applications
• Practical experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks
