Job Summary

Leading clinical study operations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project execution, budgeting, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and resource requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and sponsors, facilitating project launch, conduct, and closeout
• Train and mentor junior staff while maintaining project deliverables and compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare with 8 years of experience in clinical project management
• Experience in managing external vendors and leading operational teams through clinical study phases
• Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and editing clinical study protocols and reports
• Knowledge of FDA submission processes and regulatory guidelines
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a positive teamwork philosophy
