Senior Project Manager, AI Transformation
Job Summary
Leading the execution of AI-enabled workflow implementations, the full-time Senior Project Manager, AI Transformation will manage project plans and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring successful rollout and adoption of AI agents across the enterprise in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution of AI-enabled workflow implementations, managing project plans, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple parallel initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to operationalize AI agents and human-AI operating models, ensuring a sequenced rollout plan with appropriate stage gates and monitoring
- Define and track AI agent implementation performance and key success metrics, providing leadership reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5-7+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled implementations and process improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid)
