Senior Project Manager, Cell Therapy

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Cell Therapy will manage the planning and execution of major initiatives at the Bothell CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute planning approaches for large, complex projects, including governance structures and schedules
• Identify stakeholders and drive alignment on project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, information technology, business, or a related field
• 8 years of relevant business experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in biopharma or health sciences
• Strong knowledge of financial, operational, and business management principles
• Experience in regulated environments, particularly in cell therapy or Good Manufacturing Practices
• PMP certification is highly desirable
