Senior Project Manager Fiber Engineering

Job Summary

To oversee fiber deployment projects from initiation to closeout, the remote Senior Project Manager, Fiber Engineering will manage project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with quality standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple FTTH engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary customer contact for project updates and relationship management

Required qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and/or construction deployment projects
• Minimum 10 years of fiber engineering and program management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field
• PMP Certification
• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets
