Senior Project Manager, Franchise Operations

Job Summary

Partnering with the Medical Lead, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Franchise Operations will manage strategic and operational portfolio activities, including medical planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to support portfolio priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development and execution of Medical Plans in alignment with portfolio objectives
• Oversee AIMs Team meetings, ensuring efficient operations and tracking of key projects
• Manage the budget process in collaboration with Finance and Medical leads, ensuring alignment and transparency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization; an advanced degree is a plus
• Solid understanding of drug development and commercialization processes
• Experience in project management, budget management, and matrix management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build relationships across diverse teams
• Experience with drug development, healthcare, and clinical trial management is a plus
