Job Summary
To support strategic Human Resources initiatives, the remote contract Senior Project Manager, HR will lead complex HR projects focused on improving the employment offer process for candidates across Europe, partnering with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects from initiation through completion
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Establish project governance and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 6+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or similar project management methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and project management tools
